Vision

To improve the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and wellbeing of women, men and adolescents in Bangladesh.

Mission

MSB will be the foremost organization in the SRH sector, providing high quality services and developing and implementing effective programs especially for the poor and vulnerable.

MSB have been delivering a full range SRH and maternal health services for over 25 years and serve around 2 million clients ever year. MSB are a major partner to the Government of Bangladesh in the delivery of the National Family Planning Programme with 141 clinics across the country, in addition to outreach and community programs.

All MSB’s work is underpinned by a commitment to save and improve women’s lives, and to reach the poorest and most marginalized women and communities including slum dwellers, factory workers, sex workers, floating populations and young people. MSB works with around 2,400 full time staff members and 3,600 volunteers.

At the heart of MSB’s operations are their partnerships – with existing healthcare providers, with government, CSOs, donors, and with other development agencies. MSB’s aim is to create sustainable local networks to bring people the reproductive healthcare choices they need and want.

In 2015 MSB generated 3.16 million CYPs, provided 92,655 IUD services, 187,803 implant services and 164,788 voluntary surgical contraception services.
